While a turkey and stuffing sammie sure is delicous- and almost a tradition for most on the day post turkey- try this salad out for something different. Yes, I am aware that my picture doesn’t include the bright red tomatoes or sliced green onions like the recipe promises.. but they were there. Sitting pilled neatly on the cutting board as I searched fervently for the lid to the bottle of white wine vinegar. The lid that was screwed tight on the top.. where it should be. Did I mention I was holding the bottle in my hand?
Yea.. it was that kind of day. So enjoy my picture sans tomatoes and green onions. Halfway through my salad I realized that it was missing something- two things. Oh yea.. but at least I remembered the turkey.
