I few months back I posted my Buttery Chocolate Bread Pudding recipe and the story of how I came to be a winner in a national recipe contest held by a sister magazine of Taste of Home (I love these magazines!). I was going to be a featured contributer in the magazine, with my picture, a short blurb, and my recipe. Well, two days ago I got my complementary edition of the April/May Country Woman’s Magazine..I hurried through to page 34 and there I was . The magazine doesn’t post their articles online, so, I snapped some pictures of the article to share with you.
I even go to name drop Chocolate Broccoli..and the words ‘registered dietitian’
